A red-dragon cordon ended at a dwarven door that would not open.

What Vanilla actually shows

In original World of Warcraft, Grim Batol was a subzone in the southeastern Wetlands. The mountain road, elite red dragonkin and a massive closed door were present, but the fortress interior was inaccessible.

Later-expansion answer hidden

Reveal spoilers to compare this Vanilla threshold with the route Blizzard chose later.

The Classic+ design question

The first block reports released Vanilla game space or documented development history. The purple block is always an editorial question. It is never presented as a leak, promise, or prediction.
