The dungeon preview includes titan mysteries in Un’Goro. The level range is a recommendation. A hard minimum level for entry has not yet been confirmed. Boss abilities, loot and full access requirements remain unverified. Blizzard’s September 15 clarification lists the level range above. This does not establish an entrance limit or automatic oath deadline.
